The Stretch Exercises are two sets of exercises that were created for the purpose of stretching the muscles and tendons of the body prior to moving on to practising the other sets of exercises.  Having said that, they can also be performed as exercises in their own right.

Stretch Exercises 1 & 2

Set 1 (shown on the right) is a comparatively easy set to perform; set 2 is more demanding.
