5 Minute Exercise

Wu Feng Jong

This exercise is really a form of Zhan Zhuang, in that each one of the 5 postures of the exercise is held for a time (a minute for each posture, or more if desired), before moving on to the next posture.

The 5-Minute Exercise provides an opportunity to practise guiding the Qi with the mind, and promotes the ability to concentrate and also aids relaxation.
