There are 2 sets of exercises which use the 'Bang' or 'Stick'.
Both sets use the wooden stick to push, tap, rub, or hit acupuncture points on the body, whilst simultaneously following the twisting, turning, stretching, flexing, and bending movements familiar in the other sets of exercises.
